Following are the terms and condition

Bookings
Bookings are made and a contract between You and Us comes into effect when We accept a reservation from You. We will accept a reservation when We have confirmed Your reservation and received either full payment of the total price quoted from You or a non-refundable deposit. You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract and be over 18 yrs to make a Booking. Bookings must be paid for using an Bank transfer or cash at the spot. When a Booking is confirmed, a reservation mail or call is given. This number must be retained for access to the Booking details if cancellation or amendment is necessary.

Prices
Rates quoted are correct only for the specific number of guests, nights and dates shown. Should You change the number of guests, dates or room nights, then the rates are subject to change.

Arrival and Departure
Check in time at the camp is 6:00 pm and check out time is 9:00 AM. Guest are suggested to reach camp by 4:00 PM as from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM guest can for camel safari, jeep safari and other adventure activities.

Liability
We are liable for accommodation in the camp and confirmed sitting arrangement in the musical program. We (Joggan Jaisalmer Camp) aren't responsible for 2nd party services such as transportation to our camp, camel safari, jeep safari, food and any activity which takes place outside of our camp premises.

Data Protection
We may process the information You provide to Us for the purposes notified by Us to the Information Commissioner. By making a Booking, You consent to this processing of information.

Cancellation Policy
Any Cancellation made more than 15 days before arrival 25% of total amount will be deducted and 100% cancellation if any booking cancelled with in 15 days.

Refund Policy
Refund will be processed through the same online mode in 10-15 working days.

Child Policy
Less than 5 year of age for stay of the child is complementary ( Extra Bed will be Charged as per resort Policy )

Theft
Guests must make sure that their personal belonging should be protected by them and we are not responsible for any theft.

Parking
Parking facility is provided by local muncipal corporation and at empty space available outside of our camp. But we isn't responsible for protection of reservation of cars parking.
